How this is calculated

Meeting cost = duration in hours × the sum of the hourly rates of everyone taking part.
Hourly rate (fully loaded) = gross salary × factor 1.25 (Swiss employer contributions: AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG, UVG, FAK) ÷ 1,900 working hours per year. CHF 65 per hour therefore corresponds to roughly CHF 99,000 gross salary.
Reference values: team member CHF 60, specialist CHF 80, manager CHF 110, executive board CHF 160 per hour. Adjust them to your own salary structure.
Projection per year = meeting cost × number of occurrences. Weekly is set to 47 occurrences (52 weeks minus 5 weeks of holidays and public holidays), every two weeks 24, monthly 12.
Savings levers show what would be freed up per year if the meeting were 15 minutes shorter, if two people fewer took part, or if it ran fully asynchronously.

An honest caveat: the number measures effort, not value. A meeting that produces a good decision is worth the money.
